FAQ Is there a free trial? Yes. Every new business gets 15 days with the Pro features switched on, no card needed.
What happens when the trial ends? You pick a plan in the app. Until you do, your data stays safe and you can still sign in and look at everything.
Is VAT included in the prices? Prices are shown without VAT. The 13% VAT is added on your Chautari invoice, and the app shows the exact amount before you pay.
How does yearly billing work? A year costs 10 months: pay for 10, use twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly when you renew.
Can I change plan later? Yes, up or down, from Settings in the app. Extra branches, tills and modules can be added on any paid plan.
Do I need special hardware? No. It runs in a browser on the computer, tablet or phone you already have. A thermal printer is needed only if you want printed bills and kitchen tickets.
How do I pay? In the app you send a payment claim with your proof (bank or wallet transfer) and we confirm it. Paying online inside the app is being added.
What is the Founding 100 offer? The first 100 businesses to sign up get the Growth plan free for 3 months for their first outlet, with no code needed. Extra outlets and add-ons are billed at normal rates, and after the free months Growth continues at its normal monthly price unless you change plan.
